Using tabs as tasks with Arc Browser
👨🏻🦲 👋: For those of you who are in our similar age bracket, you may remember how game-changing it was when Browser Tabs were invented.
Browser Tabs have stayed virtually the same for nearly 20 years until recently, with the introduction of the Arc Browser. The team at Arc decided to rethink browser tabs, and combine them with “Spaces” to give you organized environments for different browser activities.
Yes, you could accomplish the same thing with multiple browser windows that have their own tabs, but if you’ve ever tried this, it’s incredibly clunky.
With Arc, I now have a Space dedicated to running the day-to-day operations of WAIM. It’s what I used to use Bookmarks + Tabs + physical post-it notes for. But now, I can do it in ONE unified and organized place! 🤩😍 (Oh, and did we mention Arc is free 🤯.)
In this GIF you’ll see a zoom-in on the “Pinned Tabs” I use every day. From creating new content on our Wordpress site, to managing customer payments, paying affiliates, tracking email/website growth, and more, this truly is a wonderful experience that makes my job easier and my daily tasks way more systematized.
In case you were curious, my other Spaces are as follows:
📌 Top 4 Pinned Tabs (these stay across the top of all Spaces): Google Translate, Google Cal, YouTube, and a blank page for calm visual breaks
👤 Personal “Kitchen Sink” Space: ChatGPT, sites or things currently inspiring me, and weekly life tasks
🏭 WAIM: As shown above
⚙️ Teachery: Another game-changer to help manage the day-to-day of our second business
⏳ Time Wasting: Fun sites, but not ones I want to have in my face all day (things like Framed.wtf)
🍪 Baking Recipes + Coffee: Yep, entire Space for this 😅
🇵🇹 Portugal: Tons of sites for life admin, shopping, visa info, etc
It took a week or two of adjusting to get the hang of it, but I can’t imagine life without the Arc Browser at this point. Spaces and the Pinned Tabs in them help free up mental bandwidth and always keep the most necessary sites I need to pay attention to front and center!

Profitable 🤑
Delivering an ah-ha moment to your customer
👨🏻🦲 👋: Another week, another challenge, right? 😂🙈 But trust me, this one’s crucial. Quick question:
Do you have a clear “ah-ha” moment for your customer inside your product or service?
What is that first bit of clarity or ease that hooks your customers right from the start?
When we’re knee-deep in building our businesses, we tend to focus on the nitty-gritty details of our offers. There are videos, lessons, onboarding processes, email sequences, etc. But what often gets overlooked is that critical first taste of success.
Creating an “ah-ha” moment doesn’t have to be complicated! Just take a step back and think about something you can deliver within the first 15-60 minutes of your customer’s journey to give them a delightful jolt.
For instance, if you’re a social media marketer, your “ah-ha” moment could be showing new clients how to set up a link-in-bio tool for better visibility of their offerings.
Or, if you’ve created a course teaching aspiring YouTubers how to grow profitable YouTube channels, introducing them to a tool like VidIQ for keyword research to find new YouTube title ideas could be their immediate lightbulb moment.
To find YOUR product’s “ah-ha” moment, think of something simple yet slightly mind-blowing for someone starting out. Remember, it’s about that “ah-ha!” not “you just made me $1m in 10 mins” (that’s not gonna happen 😑).
So, here’s your challenge:
Find ONE simple “ah-ha” moment related to your product/service.
Integrate it into your welcome email sequence or post-purchase page.
That’s it! The quicker your customers experience a valuable win, the sooner they’ll be singing your praises to everyone they know.
Feel free to reply 👋 once you’ve unearthed your ah-ha moment and integrated it.

The newest tool bringing more ease to our business: Framer
👩🏻🦰 👋: Can switching website builders actually bring more peace into your business?
For us, the answer is YES!
Just this past week, we migrated our Teachery website over from Webflow to a tool called Framer (aff link), and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer! But first, a short little look at the new home page:
Now, I'll be the first to admit that our journey to finding the perfect website builder has been all over the map.
I started my creator journey as a Squarespace power user (still love it); we built the WAIM site on Wordpress so we could manage our membership and have powerful SEO features (don't love it); and our Teachery website was custom-built until we moved it to Webflow last year so we could update it without using up our developer’s time (an improvement, but didn't love it).
That’s a lot of builders, so we were NOT actually on the lookout for a new option!
However, I stumbled across Framer last month and it became instantly clear that this tool could bring more ease into our business.
Framer feels like a light-weight prototyping tool, similar to Figma (my go-to design app.) The difference, though, is that you can actually publish your designs directly to the web and implement powerful no-code transitions.
Not only am I blown away by how much faster I can publish pages and designs, but I genuinely LOVE using the app—which goes such a long way when you’re updating your website and creating content all the time.
I wanted to share my experience with Framer as a reminder that creating ease in your business often means looking for tools that align with your preferences and workflow.
Now, I know what you're thinking—switching tools is a pain. Believe me, I get it! We invested time and money into Webflow, only to realize it wasn't the right fit for us. But you can’t let sunk cost bias hold you back from making a change for the better.
A more peaceful design and website process was waiting for me on the other side of this switch, and I can’t even express how happy we are that we made the switch. I'm glad I trusted my gut and did my own research, despite the prevailing opinions online that “Framer is limiting” and “Webflow is just more powerful.”
Turns out, Framer is perfect for designers like myself, while Webflow might be better suited for developers—which is fine! It's all about finding what works best for you, and what YOU need for your business.
We'll be moving our entire WAIM site from Wordpress to Framer this summer, and I couldn't be more thrilled about the possibilities it holds.
So here's to embracing change, prioritizing efficiency, and choosing tools that make our entrepreneurial journey a little smoother.
