Unfortunately, I (Caroline, here) came down with a tiny cold last week 😩, so we tried to take it easy around here and scale back work just a bit to allow for plenty of time for rest.
In between two doctor's appointments (Baby Z is doing well!), I was able to keep up with our simple Instagram content schedule for now, and I'm honestly having a great time creating content again.
I forgot how much I love the experimental nature of figuring out new formats to try, seeing what topics resonate, getting better at writing hooks, etc. I know the algorithm can be frustrating when you're really anxious to see results fast, but at least for us right now, I have the benefit of being in a slow growth mindset which really takes the pressure off.
After a few weeks of storms, the sun finally came out and gave us a few hot summer-like days which we took full advantage of by going into town for lunch:

This week, we're doing our best to build our energy back up, get caught up on work, and move the ball forward on some projects while prepping for Jason's family to come visit us for the week!

Now, on to our AI Prompt of the Week designed to make your Calm Creator Business more Predictable, Profitable, and Peaceful!
- Jason and Caroline

During a live launch, I tend to spiral into a few recurring doubts that make it hard to stay calm and consistent. Here are the thoughts that often pop up for me:
[Replace these with any specific self-doubt or inner critic scripts you run into]:
• "What if no one buys?"
• "I feel annoying or salesy talking about my offer."
• "I should’ve done more to prepare for this launch."
• "Is my offer even good enough?"
• "What if my business loses all momentum after a bad launch?"
Can you respond to each one of these doubts with a thoughtful mindset reframe or compassionate affirmation? I want to feel more grounded and resilient during my launch period rather that like I'm riding an emotional rollercoaster.
Optional context: I’m launching [type of offer] to [audience type], and this is my [first/second/etc.] time doing a live launch.
Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!

Feeling salesy? Impostery? Here’s how to calm the chaos in your head during launch week.

You know that moment right before your launch where suddenly you're questioning everything and those doubts start to creep in? Those self-sabotaging thoughts can easily start to take over and make you hesitate to promote your offer the way it deserves to be promoted: “Is this good enough? Am I annoying people? What if no one buys?”
This prompt will help you work through the five most common thought spirals with perspective and self-compassion. (You can even adapt this prompt to when you're NOT in launching mode but still doubting yourself.)
