👋 We’re are getting back into Instagram content creation mode, and slowly but surely finding a groove that feels sustainable again. 🙌
Here’s what we’re doing differently this time around:
1. Experimenting with different content formats to see what feels good to make to us, rather than just chasing trends or viral formats.
2. Not focusing on the metrics and instead making the metric of success just showing up each day until we get that momentum and rhythm fully back.
3. Ignoring Stories, Highlights, and even our links in bio—for now. When we say "just focus on showing up," it means intentionally delaying these other features and setup steps to avoid overwhelm. We'll get to these strategic additions in a bit, but stage one is all about getting going.
The one thing we did do is change our Instagram bio to reflect our shift to niching down our content topics just a bit.

We've mentioned that one change we're seeing in the online business world is a demand for more highly-tailored, super specific content. As much as we love sharing ALL the general business tips about running a calm business, we've known for a while that our content needed to be much more specific. That's why we're narrowing down our topics to focus on launching, creating sustainable content, and using the power of AI to make your digital products business more calm.
You can see this shift in this newsletter as well. We'll likely record a podcast episode all about this strategic decision and why it's uncomfortable for us, but why it's so necessary. If you're interested in how this fits into the larger picture of our business, check out this podcast episode on how we're pivoting.

Now, on to our AI prompt of the Week, designed to make your Calm Creator Business more Predictable, Profitable, and Peaceful!
- Jason and Caroline

My last launch didn’t go as planned. I wanted to earn [goal revenue], but I ended up with [actual revenue].
Here’s a quick summary of my launch tactics and effort:
• Launch tactics: [list a few, e.g., webinar, sales emails, social posts]
• Pre-launch runway: [How long did you share content leading up to your launch? What kind of content did you share?]
• Number of sales emails sent during launch: [#]
• Offer price point and payment options: [$]
I’m looking for a clear-eyed analysis of what might have limited my sales results and 3 specific suggestions for how to improve my sales next time.
Please focus on strategies that won’t require a massive overhaul—just smarter tweaks that can help me convert sales better next round. My goal is to feel more confident and in control for the next launch!
Copy and paste this prompt into your favorite AI chat tool like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Replace anything highlighted in brackets with your own business context to get a high-quality, tailor-made response. The more information and background you give the chat, the more helpful your responses will be!
ai prompt for more profit 🤑
Did your last launch flop? This prompt will help you understand why and bounce back stronger.

We’ve all had those less-than-stellar launches (we call them "floppy launches!") Maybe it was timing, maybe it was the offer, or maybe the energy just wasn’t there. The key is not to get discouraged, but to view each launch as its own experiment and extract what you can learn so your next launch feels less like a shot in the dark.
This prompt will guide you through a mini debrief so you can analyze your last "floppy launch" to find out what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust.
